James is an investment professional focused on SME buy-out investments. As Chief Investment Officer at AIA his primary role is to generate the promised returns for AIA’s Programmatic Investors.

James was previously the Head of M&A for Novastone Capital Advisors where he led 13 acquisitions across 11 search funds, raising debt packages and successfully closing deals in 9 countries.

James began his career advising major private equity funds and corporates on M&A transactions with PwC, holds an MBA with honors from IMD Business School, and is a licensed CPA.
