Aviva is an industrial engineer, IT, and customer success professional. As the Chief Operating Partner Success Officer at AIA, she is dedicated to supporting and empowering our OPs to find and acquire companies that will drive long-term success. Aviva works closely with OPs to ensure they identify target companies that align with AIA's investment strategy.

After supporting over 60 entrepreneurs in their quest to acquire a company, and with over two decades of experience in business operations and strategic development, Aviva guides OPs to leverage their strengths and networks in their search for targets. Her leadership focuses on providing them with the tools, resources, and strategic guidance they need to navigate the origination process successfully.

Aviva holds Master and Bachelor degrees (both with honors) in industrial engineering.
