Frederik is an engineer by trade and is driven by solving complex problems with practical solutions. As Chief Operating Officer at AIA, his role is to help the team operate as efficiently and value-driven as possible, with a strong emphasis on customer focus.

A practitioner of lean and a keen advocate for technology, his experience ranges from hands-on operations on the factory floor to corporate finance strategy. Frederik began his career at GE where he completed their financial management leadership program and went on to hold operational and FP&A leadership roles.

He holds a Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering from EPFL.
