Ralf Grass is a successful, serial entrepreneur from Germany and the first foreign recipient of the prestigious Prix Chaptal in France (2023). He is the President and founder of EnergieTEAM, a leading French company specializing in renewable energy solutions, particularly wind and solar power. Under his leadership, EnergieTEAM has become the largest independent wind operator in France, powering the equivalent of 750,000 homes a year across the whole country.

In recent years, Ralf has championed SMEs as an asset class – investing in more than 20 businesses across multiple sectors. Ralf’s new venture, All Interests Aligned, is a platform created by entrepreneurs, for entrepreneurs, to empower management buy-ins of profitable SMEs, adding the other half of the economy to his investment portfolio.
