Pascal Teurquetil is a seasoned international entrepreneur, investor, and mentor with over 25 years of leadership experience. As CEO, Chairman, and shareholder of his own family’s MULLER Group—a leading European manufacturer in thermal, environmental, smart and connected solutions—Pascal guided the company to €300M in annual revenues, employing over 1,000 people across 50 countries. In 2022, he facilitated the successful transition of MULLER to the Irish family-owned GLEN DIMPLEX Group.

Recognized as a member of the BPI Excellence, YPO, CCI, METI and MEDEF networks, Pascal has a proven track record in operational excellence and sustainable innovation. He has held board roles in French, Japanese, Nordic, Hungarian and Canadian firms and contributed to key industry bodies. Today, he leads his family office, TEPAJYA, strategically investing in SMEs.
